Dini Cohn has dedicated more than two decades to the title insurance industry, building a reputation for exceptional client service, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to protecting her clients’ interests. She began her career in title insurance in 2001 and quickly demonstrated the leadership and expertise that would define her professional journey, helping launch the New Jersey branch of an established Long Island title agency just two years later. After relocating to New York, Dini spent more than a decade working alongside a prominent real estate attorney, gaining invaluable experience from every perspective of a transaction. Her exposure to buyer representation, seller representation, lender counsel, and title operations provided her with a unique understanding of the priorities, challenges, and expectations of all parties involved in a real estate closing.
In 2016, Dini founded Joda Abstract with a vision of creating a title company built on responsiveness, integrity, and personalized service. What began as a local operation quickly grew into a trusted partner for real estate attorneys, lenders, investors, and developers. Under her leadership, Joda expanded into New Jersey in 2017 and, in 2024, significantly broadened its national commercial presence.
Today, Dini continues to lead Joda with the same principles that have guided her career from the beginning: putting clients first, delivering practical solutions, and ensuring every transaction receives the attention and expertise it deserves.
Aryeh Lazarus is the driving force behind Joda Abstract’s national commercial platform, bringing a rare combination of leadership, title expertise, and deep multi-state knowledge to the firm’s clients and partners. Over the course of more than a decade, Aryeh developed an intimate understanding of the unique underwriting, regulatory, and transactional requirements that distinguish each jurisdiction. His practical knowledge of complex commercial transactions and state-specific title practices has earned the respect of clients, underwriters, attorneys, and industry professionals across the country.
At Joda, Aryeh leads the firm’s national commercial initiatives, helping clients navigate sophisticated transactions involving acquisitions, financings, portfolio deals, and development projects.
